Have stabbing pain in teh right side of my neck, wondering what is happening

My name is Maria, I hope that thsi e-mail finds you well.

I am writing to you, to enquire about a sharp constant stabbing pain that |I have been experiencing in my neck since 2002... over the past years it seams to be getting worse,

I am just writing to see if you may have some inisght to what I am experiencing, I have been to many practitioners but to no avail and really I am distract by this, hearing negative voices etc...

I spent 6 and a half years in Mexico and wonder if there has been some sort of spell put on me,
