I can make waves of what seems like pure energy wash over my body at will. I just have to close my eyes. Sometimes, I don't even have to do that. I have tested it and it only comes about when I think positive things or true things. If I think about something negative it stops immediately.
I can direct the energy while I am receiving it to whatever part of my body I wish. I can swish it around like a mop of energy over my whole body.

Please provide insight.
