Seeking help with Light Body experiences

When a child had a dream that can true 15 yrs. later. can see shadows of people in rooms. can communicate with people withouspeaking. can see in a room 150miles away and describe people sitting in room. can see if people are good or bad. can feel good and evil when standing by someone. Have seen people die while awake and tell them the exact day, way of death, and who they are with. see future events. can hear peoples thought. can tell people there are pregnant before they know and what sex the baby is. This is exhausting me and making me sick. please help. never ask for help because mom would get mad for telling her what i saw. Have also seen big animal like figure with purple robe and horns like a bull stand by me wen in bed. made it go out.
