Spiritual Light

Iam 58 year old male. I am in regular meditator. Since,2009 my kundalini started awakening. I feel that Iam full moon third eye master. I can seen inner light and speed of light, flow of energy directions. Types of inner dimensions. I am suffering with sleep disorder. I feel that this spiritual light will radiate and heal the damaged knee (Ligaments, petals etc). I want to know your answer and procedure for healing without medical surgery.
