Very Intense Changes

Starting from the 30th March i have experienced everything from my heart beating very hard, emotional outbursts (mainly crying), headaches, weight loss/change in diet, being woken at all times of the night, with many messages coming through that i cannot relate too, i have been woken my flute music or songs from the radio that answer a question that i have pondered the day before. My first experience was a very negative energy and it did scare me, but as i read what everyone else is going through, i need to release it as it does not resonate with me, it has been able to be held on by fear! I have been meditating everyday and this is helping, i cannot remember too much about what is happening in the meditation, but i know it is powerful. I was woken this morning by a high pitch sound in my ears..
I have been receiving messages about "multi-dimensional physics", which is definitely not something that i have thought about before...very intense times!

Since April 17th, my sleep patterns have changed. Waking every night, a new energy is present. My awareness is pulled vaguely into other dimensions where I perceive a great deal of activity taking place. The physical realms reflect this activity in their own ways, showing a great difference in my environments with way more demands and activity taking place.

All this, when there is guidance leading in a new direction that also requires dedication action to bring participate in bringing it to fruition.

There is the appearance of contradiction, but it is all happening simultaneously...

Hahahaha...I think the term is Metatronic Physics and science. The High pitch noises are pictographic and ideographic cybernetic transmissions. Pockets of thought wave information utilised to allow for certain happenings to take place. I was fortunate enough to get a glimpse of this once during meditation which I think my guides had something to do with, so as not to pass it as a medical condition such as tinnitus. The language of Light looks much like hierogyphics moving in a downward motion.
