finding the light

for the past two months my body has been in chaos. i have developed kidney stones which have been formed by many years of urinary tract infections. a have also been diagnosed with diveticulitis. all at the same time. i realize that both of these challenges in my body are from many years of blocked energy, and holding on to anger, resentment, jealousy, and fear. to top this all off i have broken my foot. the broken foot has enabled me to stand still in myself and to move into my light. since i have been standing still i have discovered the light and the source. this is my story!!
