High Blood pressure

High Blood pressure

I have had high blood pressure for the last 10 years. I have been working with a Natureopath to lower it without medication. It was working, the pressure was going down. Then in the last 4 months it started going up higher then even before. My body is healthier then it has been in the last 10 years, thanks to vitamins, minerals, food food. I don't understand the blood pressure going up so much. I don't want to go on regular medication because of the side effects. Is my heart and blood clearing out debris is that why the higher pressure?

I agree with what Tom said...based on my own experiences, it seems like your symptoms are related to light body attunements.

Besides my pyrotechnic "ocular lightshows" which I've shared with this forum (which were highly worrisome), I've also been on the receiving end of many different types of vibrations...awake and sleeping.

Last night's was a new one, however. I was send a physical sensation that my mind was in a vertigo state..feeling the motion of going up and down in my mind. It took me by surprise, and I asked for it to stop. Later in the night, in a semi-dream state, my clairaudient voices said they were training me for something.

So your high blood pressure could be your body's response to this vibrational change. It could also be a part of your conscious mind (ego) that is responding out of fear...trying to control the situation because you want to remain in a state of good health. That's completely understandable, and a process we all seem to be going through as part of this transition.

In my own journey, weird physical symptoms seem to crop up at of nowhere...but as long as I remain positive (I think that's the point here) and not channel too much negative energy into it, it usually resolves itself. But I did see an ophthalmologist early one when my "lightshows" first started. It helped to know that my eyes were in fine shape, so when the lightshows did happen, they were easier to accept as something other than what a doctor's office could prescribe medicine for! :o)
