Light Body Experiences? Constant Viral Infections

I have had a constant stream of viral infections since the end of January 2009. First it's a sore throat, then that goes away, then I get skin eruptions, then they go away, then as soon as the skin is clear, another series of eruptions begins. The last time I went to the doctor she said all the tests came back negative. I did clean up my diet around that time so maybe it's purification. It isn't all bad though as I feel less pain in my joints. Is anyone else having a lot of infections? We have a lot of flu going on here too.
