Lightbody Experiences

Continuous PMS on steroids emotional roller-coaster. Periods of extreme rage and anger followed by periods of extreme sadness and then elation... and Joy...
I am having a bout of short temperedness with my family. Feeling as if I am being besieged with their requests... so little time to rest and reflect.
Have a severe wet cough that goes away and then comes back. Began about 2 weeks ago with a 24 hour fever followed by vomiting and then feeling better... then 2 days later the coughing began with no nasal secretion.. everyone has the same cough in the family... I am the only one slowed down by it though. We have no fever or other body symptoms except for me is extreme tiredness and the wanting to be in a peaceful environment where demands on me are lighter. I would just like to sleep and meditate all day and create art and write and just Be... but as a mother and wife this is not possible at this time.
Shingles infection reactivated with the onset of the cough. Followed by vomiting and severe headache. Previously with the help of some Human Angels at a Global Eden event shingles went into remission for 5 months. Healing more quickly than usual. I have a history of chronic shingles which also causes body nerve pain on left side of my body from head to toe. Very painful nerve phantom pains in left shin, left lower back and left hip and bottom of left foot... phantom pains come and then go followed by skin and muscle sensitivity.
Memory loss... can not remember words or what things are called.
