Sudden Pain

Thanks for sharing your experience on pain caused by light body.
I am going through some spiritual development. I can develop sudden pain without any reason here and there. This morning I was feeling energetic. I was also experiencing some kind of blockage but not phisical. It was more like feeling like something is not right.
I suddenly develop back upper neck pain. The pain is more in the brain stem and I am feeling my back neck and head muscles are getting sore. I was feeling warm since this morning but suddening after that pain I felt shiver in my body and I not feel the same way. Could you please explain more.
