Hello! When I tried to sign up for your newsletter, it kept saying I had an error on the page. Can you subscribe me? My e-mail is (e-mail removed).

Thank you dearest one for writing. I checked our newsletter list and you are already subscribed and have verified your subscription.

I think you should be all set. If you have trouble receiving our newsletter, which comes out around the 15th of every month, you may want to try looking in your e-mail spam folder as sometimes automated mailings are sent there.

We frequently hear that our subscribers who use an AOL.com e-mail address have more difficulty receiving our newsletter.

If that is the case, you can try using another free e-mail service. We have found that gmail.com works well and seems to deliver the mail accurately.

Another difficulty that people find with signing up for our newsletter is that you have trouble receiving the verification e-mail that is sent out by our mail service after you sign up.

The verification e-mail contains a link that you must click in order to activate your subscription, and so if you are having trouble receiving it, you won't be able to receive the newsletter.

Here are the steps to make sure you receive the verification e-mail.

1. If you don't see the e-mail in your inbox, please check the spam folder or junk mail folder in your e-mail. Sometimes automated e-mails end up their accidentally.

2. If you checked your inbox, and your spam folder, and you still can't find the verification e-mail, please add our e-mail address to your e-mail address book and then try again.

Our e-mail address is provided in the Thank You page after you subscribe, and is also sent to you by autoresponder.

3. If you STILL can't get the verification e-mail successfully after following steps one and two, I recommend subscribing with a different e-mail address, or signing up with a free e-mail service like GMail.com which is reliable in delivering mail.

Some e-mail services automatically delete e-mail that they consider spam, without notifying you, and so you won't be able to retrieve messages they have deleted.

Our newsletter list provider is one of the most reliable on the internet and it rarely causes a problem, however if you do run into a problem that is not answered here when you try and sign up for our newsletter, please let us know!
