Unexplained heat and I felt light

I recently fractured my spine and had to have a MRI done ..
While I was in the MRI Machine at times on the right side of my head I felt heat and felt as though a light was on , but I never opened my eyes ..
When I was done with the MRI i asked the Tech if there was a light in the MRI and told him i felt the heat on my right side of my head and asked him what was that ..
His response was there wasn't any light in there and he didn't know why i felt the heat on my head ..
I was Praying to Jesus while I was in the MRI machine too ..
Could it of been Jesus or a Angel ??
