Fragrances on Clothes

Fragrances on clothes rinse is horrible and it makes me sick all over. My neighbor uses lots of rinse in her wash and when she uses the clothes dryer it is dispersed all over my yard. I have no choice but to retrieve into my home until the smells are gone.
